This position is for a Lead Engineering Services and Support technician. This person will support engineers on tasks related to configuration management, customer submittals, the handling, storing, of engineering, and converting 3D CAD models. They will also provide support on handling and storing of engineering drawings and documents.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Retrieve drawings, documents, or 3D CAD models from customer portals and make them available to engineering and/or manufacturing in The Companys PDM system, Teamcenter.
• Send drawings, documents, or 3D CAD models to customers and/or suppliers
• Maintains configuration control of drawings, documents, and 3D CAD models.
• Use CAD tools such as NX, CATIA, or 3rd party software to convert 3D CAD models to the target system defined by company, customer, or supplier requirements.
• Upload deliverables, document attributes, and manipulate 3D models within the customer PDM tool (i.e. ENOVIA)
• Submit software deliverables to customers via customer tool BEDS.
• Develops and maintains retrieving, sending, and conversion procedures
• Help develop and maintain Engineering Bill of Material and as well create/provide As Design Baseline Lists when applicable
• Administers the engineering departments tool for data exchange, MOVEit.
• Will Provide backup for the Engineering Controlled Workspaces International Trade Administrator, who classifies and administers export control within Teamcenter
• Will Provide backup for the External Document Controller administrator, who manages external documents.

Basic Qualifications:

• AA/AS degree or other 2-year post high school training with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
• Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident Green Card holder

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CAD systems NX and CATIA
• Experience with PLM PDM/PLM systems Teamcenter and ENOVIA
• Familiar with CAD file formats .stp, .iges, .jt,.x_t, ALLCATPART
• Experience with engineering development processes
• Experience with configuration management processes
• Experience with Engineering Bill of Materials
