* Identifies, tracks, monitors, and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variance, and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of projects. Facilitates amicable solutions with the appropriate customer

* Organizes timely project meetings and involves necessary team members to set and discuss objectives and potential obstacles.

* Advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of different operating systems, network administration and service desk administration

* Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them

* Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues

* Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion

* Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget

* Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Five years of recent relevant project management experience, with a progression in responsibility.
- PMP
- Proficient in Microsoft Tools, Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, Outlook
- 3+ years of experience in an Enterprise PMO

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- 10 years of PM experience
- Government or Healthcare experience
- at least 3 years Consulting experience
- Scrum Master or Product owner experience
- 5. Advanced proficiency in System Development Life Cycle AND Agile methodology
- Proficient in Azure DevOps
- Skilled at conflict resolution
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate to management, business, and technical personnel
