Insight Global is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the world's largest manufacturer of plastic and PVC pipes, leading the way in the manufacturing industry.

This is a full-time, permanent role located in Los Angeles, CA and provides competitive compensation and benefits. This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence at least 4 times per week.

In this role, the Executive Assistant will support two leaders- one on the finance and bookkeeping side, and one on the operations side. This involves calendar and email management, personal assistance, office management, bookkeeping and private bank administrative support, and additional ad hoc tasks as necessary.

To be successful in this role, it is imperative that this individual be comfortable in a changing environment involving the management of multiple stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting multiple high-level stakeholders
- Extensive email and calendar management experience
- Strong communication skills with abililty to present professionally to executives
- Prior bookkeeping or private banking experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bilingual in Mandarin STRONGLY preferred
