Insight Global is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the leadership team consisting of the President and 3 VP's for a non profit company. This individual will have the opportunity for advanced growth opportunity within the organization and needs to have ambition to craft their skill and build a long term career. Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of the executive.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
- Performing minor accounting duties.
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and arranging catering when necessary.
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Managing the executives calendar, making appointments, and prioritizing sensitive matters.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years as an Executive Assistant
- Proficiency with Microsoft office tools/technology
- CRM system experience (Salesforce is a huge plus)
- Extreme professionalism and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Passionate about the company's mission and growth opportunity

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Non Profit experience
- Experience working with high profile individuals/celebrities
