Join our dynamic team as a Facilities Manager onsite in Roswell, GA at a top medical device manufacturing client! This role is fully onsite, and will start as a 6-12 month contract intending to convert as a permanent employee.

Here, you will be providing management and continuous improvement over the preventative maintenance programs, own vendor relationships, and proactively coordinate all projects, operations, and schedules. You will lead the evolving and growing team of employees, and ensuring a productive, collaborative, and fulfilling work environment. Other job duties include:
- Develop and monitor annual facility budgets, and implementing cost reduction measures as needed.
- Lead RFP process for all services- facility / equipment service, maintenance, AMEP consulting etc. Develop technical scopes, review bids, negotiate costs, coordinate with procurement strategic buyer.
- Ensure compliance of all CAPEX projects and OPEX improvements. Actively participate in the planning, design, schedule, budget and contract fulfillment/ project close out & turnover.
- Drive energy and waste reduction initiatives.
This position is targeting a pay rate ranging from $43-55/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-7+ years of experience in facilities operations (within regulated environment)
- Proficient in the virtual world Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, calendar management
- Management skills: vendors, people, and projects
- Mechanical aptitude, knowledge of HVAC systems
- Customer service mentality
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Medical Device, pharmaceutical, and/or biotechnology industry experience
Systems to be used in Johns Creek:
- ServiceZone (space planning)
- Qualtrics (work orders)
- CMS (environmental monitoring temp/humidity)
- Blue Mountain Ram (track and record quality related tasks)
- Building Management System (TBD)
- AutoCAD (not mandatory, but useful)
- MyBuy / SAP (issue and track POs, approve invoices)
