The National Security Sector at Leidos is currently looking for a Facilities Manager to support the US Army CECOM C5ISR Product Support at Ft. Gordon. Tasks are required in the areas of facilities management, security, and classroom preparation for training.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serves as Facilities Manager under minimal supervision for the Force Modernization Division (FMD) of CECOM concerning overall facility management and logistics operations for property accountability, maintenance, supply (all classes). Evaluate facility status and make recommendations for improvements Perform routing building repairs Responsible for general building and grounds security Works with the government Project GTL to oversee classroom requirements are met and in working order Coordinates logistical program requirements support with other functional areas (e.g., training, operations, procurement, and financial management). Coordinates actions between communications-electronics command (CECOM), US Army Materiel Command (AMC), and other government agencies as required. Track and report the status of supplies and shipments of approved Purchase Requests. Assist the Government Logistics Specialist with the management of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Contractor Managed Equipment (CME). Act as a liaison between vendors and the government Logistics/ Procurement Specialist
Basic Qualifications:
Pay Range: Pay Range $49,400.00 - $89,300.00

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree with 3 or more years of related experience. Additional directly related experience can offset the degree requirements.
- Must have an active Secret security clearance
- Must have at least 3 years' experience in facilities management
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be confident making decisions and working without direct supervision
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal communications, and presentation skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, under stress and within time constraints
- Excellent project and time management skills; proven ability to function independently and make the best use of time, as well as collaborate with a team
- Must be able to work under minimal supervision
