Job Summary
**This is a bond funded position. The length of the assignment is dependent on funding availability.**
Location: District Service Center
Hours/Day: 8 hours/day
Days/Week: 5 days/week
Months/Year: 12 months/year
Under the general direction of the Director of Maintenance and Operations the Project Manager (Bond Projects) will supervise the construction, development, and coordination of new facilities, modernization and maintenance of existing facilities, and serve as a liaison and supervisor of site construction.
Requirements / Qualifications
EXPERIENCE: Minimum five (5) years in construction with at least three (3) of those years being in school construction and or maintenance and operations.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma. Associates Degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, business, or a related field preferred. Project Management Certification or similar license preferred.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATES AND CLEARANCES: Prospective and current employees are expected to possess and maintain the following:
Valid California Driver's License with evidence of insurability
