Job Description:
• Table for Preview and other tabling opportunities
• Deliver paperwork around campus
• Deliver and post ad materials to campus departments and businesses adjacent to UF
• Assist with CHPS initiatives, programs, and events as needed
• Attend occasional meetings
• Staff the front desk and refer students and staff to appropriate areas as needed by administrative assistance
• Maintain the center's quality of life by restocking paper, coffee, and event items
• Monitoring inventory of supplies
• Perform other duties as assign

Expected Salary:

The hourly rate is $12.00 per hour.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be enrolled as an undergraduate student during the current semester and throughout the applicant's term.
• Be available to work 2 to 3 hours two+ days a week during center hours of M-F 9am to 5pm - minimum of 6 hours and maximum of 10 - schedule is flexible
• Provide documentation of Federal Work Study.
• Maintain a 2.5 cumulative G.P.A.
• Be in good academic and disciplinary standing with the University with no repeated violations of University Code of Student Conduct.
• Commit to participate in staff trainings and attend all regularly scheduled meetings
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient with verbal and written communication
• Works well with the public, capable of working independently
• Demonstrate attention to professionalism and dependability
• Familiar with Microsoft suite (especially Word and Excel)
