Financial Analyst

Piper Companies is looking for a Financial Analyst to join a DoD consulting company. This role is based in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD with great hybrid flexibility (only onsite 3 times every 2 weeks).

Essential Duties of the Financial Analyst:

• Conduct a thorough review of financials to include budget forecasts for salaries, identify, track, and forecast technical assistance and additional funding sources.
• Pulling Status of Funds (SOF) Reports
• Provide team support with financial requests, such as advising on general financial requests that are related to execution/procurement.
• Daily team support with financial requests for the entire life of the FMS case.

Qualifications of the Financial Analyst:

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience with GFEBS or similar system
• Active Secret clearance (or higher)
• Experience in providing financial analyst/budget analyst support to an on-site DoD contract.

Compensation for the Financial Analyst:

• $75,000 - $100,000 (based on experience)
• Hybrid position in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD
