Overview

In support of the Finance Director, work extensively with Brand Mktg Managers/Directors & Commercial Finance to drive financial analysis on the following:

• Analyzing Monthly Brand Standard Margin across all channel and markets
• Responsible for month-end A&P accounting reconciliation by working cross-functionally with Brand/Channel Mktg/Insight /Commercial Finance Teams
• Responsible in producing Product profitability report and other key monthly reporting
• Held key role in preparation of monthly SG&A forecast, especially in A&P
• Assist in Customer profitability analysis - new business opportunities and ongoing analysis on existing major customers.
• Assist in Investment payback analysis (ROI, yrs of payback, etc.)
• Assist in creation of management presentations for Result reporting, Annual Operating Plans, and Strategic Plans
• Assist in Key Financial Systems development & integration for improved reporting

Provide support on major initiatives directed at driving cost efficiencies in support of long-term planning

Responsibilities

Assist Finance Director in serving as a finance business partner for the Brand/Channel Marketing/Insight teams responsible for performing financial analysis, maintaining proper book-keeping and ensuring profitable business with key accounts. Responsibilities include assisting in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• College Degree in Business Management, Finance or Accounting, with 1-3 years minimum experience in a corporate environment.
• Proven ability to perform complex analyses using pivot tables/Vlookups, Index in Excel, PowerPoint and other company data sources.
• Experience preparing management reporting packages with a focus on analytical drivers and insights
• Ability to work well in a team environment and with various levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines and work independently
• Strong influence and communication skills
• Prefer Proficiency in ERP Systems such as SAP, Business Objects/Warehouse.

Hiring Range

The Hiring Salary Range for this position is $54,000.00- $74,000.00 annually.

(Salary offer to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
