Work Location: Addison, Tx option to Work from Home

Work Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours weekly, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Here is what you will need:
  • High School diploma;
  • Two years of healthcare registration or customer service experience preferred;
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology, preferred;
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence;
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but sometimes complex written or oral instructions;
  • Ability to perform basic mathematic calculations: Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time;
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite: knowledge of RIS software preferred
  • Healthcare data entry or scheduling experience highly preferred


A Day in the Life of a Patient Service Representative:
  • Provide services and support for the following areas:
    • Understands, promotes and demonstrates the Solis Way
    • Completely and accurately schedule patients including: input of demographic and insurance information into the RIS (Radiology Information System) and EMR systems;
    • Managing patient's medical record and maintaining confidentiality;
    • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patients as necessary;
    • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve scheduling errors;
    • Effectively communicates with team and leaders
    • Can work independently and collaboratively when needed
    • Participate in training to stay abreast on policy and procedures
