Human Resource (HR) Business Partner- Skilled Nursing Community

We are looking for YOU!

• A dynamic and highly motivated HR professional with a well-round background in high volume recruiting, payroll, onboarding, employee relations and engagement, and HR operations.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR compliance, and payroll.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare industry preferred.
• Must have strong knowledge of HR policy and procedure and HRIS systems.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or in lieu of degree, at least 3 years' experience in a professional HR position.
• Able to work Manager on Duty rotation (one weekend every 1.5 months)
