Human Resource (HR) Business Partner- Skilled Nursing Community

We are looking for YOU!

• Ideal candidate will have solid understanding of HR principles and processes.
• Experience with full cycle recruitment, onboarding, orientation, payroll, and HR compliance.
• Preferable previous HR experience in a skilled nursing facility or related environment.

Who are you?

• A dynamic and highly motivated HR professional with a well-round background in high volume recruiting, payroll, onboarding, employee relations and engagement, and HR operations.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare industry preferred.
• Must have strong knowledge of HR policy and procedure and HRIS systems.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or in lieu of degree, at least 3 years' experience in a professional HR position.
