What You'll do as a Human Capital Management Analyst

• Assist with recruitment efforts including attending career fairs.

• Post vacancies and screen candidates for minimum qualifications.

• Schedule and conduct interviews.

• Assist with candidate onboarding and new hire orientation.

• Ensure proper documentation is collected and maintained such as background checks, position descriptions, employment verification etc.

Qualifications

2 yrs. exp. in human resources.

Or completion of undergraduate core program in human resources, business or public administration.

Or 1 yr. exp. as Human Capital Management Associate, 64611.

Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.

Technical Skills: Human Resources.

Professional Skills: Attention to Detail, Organization and Planning, Time Management, Verbal and Written Communication.
