BWC is currently operating under a hybrid schedule that may incorporate both teleworking and in-person office hours. Employees must be able to report to the office when requested by management &/or for their initial job training.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Analyzes and researches all transitional work grant processes to monitor, operations, systems, and procedures.
  • Analyzes and researches medical operation's role for the transitional work bonus program in order to process, monitor and analyze operations, systems, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of program operations, laws and rules and procedures of the program and in processing payment of grant monies to the employer.
  • Maintain Transitional Work SharePoint Site; maintains all folders and links.
  • Monitors the TW Support e-mail box for submission of new information.
  • Runs weekly, quarterly, routine, and annual program reports for transitional work programs and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
  • Supplies accurate and concise reports to management for the transitional work programs as requested.
  • Creates weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports, tables and charts presenting information through use of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word), Snowflake, Cognos reports and SharePoint.
  • Runs routine reports for ADR; ADR appeals, ADR IMEs scheduled, timeframes for appeal processing, IME timeframes.
  • Maintains statistical records & reports supporting MCO Compliance of the dispute resolution process.
  • Evaluates & monitors ADR data elements entered in CoreSuite by MCOs for quality, accuracy, productivity & efficiency.

Qualifications

To Qualify, You Must Clearly Demonstrate:

2 yrs. trg. or 2 yrs. exp. in research & analysis & written documentation of findings.

-Or completion of undergraduate core program in business or public administration or related field of study.

-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.

MAJOR WORKER CHARACTERISTICS:

Knowledge of fiscal management (e.g., accounting, public budgeting); business administration; public administration;

programs, operations, laws, rules & procedures of assigned agency*; operations research techniques or statistical techniques used in managerial decision making process.

Skill in operation of computers (e.g., desktop, laptop, tablet) & use of business office applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheet, database).

Ability to deal with many variables &

determine specific course of action; gather, collate & classify information about data, people or things; use proper

research methods in gathering data; prepare meaningful, concise & accurate reports.
