Insight global is seeking an Office Manager for a company in the Greentree area of Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal individual comes from a manufacturing background or other relevant industry. Their team is integrating a new automation system to their business/computers, so being tech savvy could be a plus! Working hours are on-site 8-5 M-F and they are potentially open to a Hybrid schedule down the line.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office operations, including the use of office equipment such as scanners, copy machines, and computers.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) management.
• Handle banking transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Utilize QuickBooks for manufacturing-related accounting tasks.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination within the office and with external partners.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5-10 years of experience in Bookkeeping, AP/AR, or relevant job function.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks Manufacturing
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
