  • Technical Support: Assist employees with hardware, software, and network-related issues on Bilstein-owned equipment.
  • Ticket Management: Enter and update tickets in the Service Desk with detailed and accurate information.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve general computer problems, determining whether issues are related to hardware, software, or user errors.
  • Documentation: Document solutions and resolutions to issues for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Support New Applications: Learn and support new software applications as they are introduced to the organization.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned by the IT department.
  • This position does not provide relocation assistance or housing allowance.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of reading, writing, arithmetic, and computer skills.
  • Familiarity with standard office applications such as MS Office Suite and MS Windows 10 and 11.
  • Intermediate computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot general computer problems.
  • Ability to quickly learn and support new software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to resolving technical issues.
  • Good communication skills for providing clear and effective support to employees.
  • Willingness to perform additional tasks as needed to support the IT team.
