Under the direction of the Information Technology Manager I (pending reclassification from an Education Research and Evaluation Administrator I) of the Data Processing and Reporting Office, the Information Technology Specialist II acts as the Analysis, Measurement, and Accountability Division's (AMARD) Information Technology project lead for the transition to the data warehouse and serves as the student-level data system, CALPADS, data and reporting subject matter expert for California. The incumbent will lead the collaboration efforts with internal and external educational partners to design and plan complex data processing and reporting for the Fall 2 data collection from CALPADS. Additionally, the ITS II will develop technology solutions to transition processed data used for public reporting to the data warehouse.
