YOUR ROLE
- Monitors, reports on and steers business unit innovation processes, projects, portfolio and financial metrics.
- Drives and executes strategic innovation plans, initiatives and projects within the SBU.
- Directs the Adhesives Development Process and associated software and governance.
- Executes innovation projects as the project manager.
- Leads & motivates cross-functional teams.
- Leads regular project and program review meetings with project teams and key stakeholders.
- Coaches project team members with innovation process responsibilities and assists with product launch quality ensuring thorough risk management.
- Technical or business management background with 5+ years of experience
- Project management experience (PMP certification preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience on global and cross-functional teams
- Digital analytical capabilities including understanding and application of advanced analytics and visualization
- Expertise in Excel including high proficiency with Excel formulas and experience with Power Pivot
- Power BI familiarity is preferred
