Insurance Product Owner

Job Duties:

Lead the overall project, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets

Maintain the product backlog as needed

Develop a vision for the product

Establish deadlines and completion dates

Coordinate activities between business (underwriters, actuaries) and technical teams

Document the current customer process and identify fit gaps with Snowflake and CoreLogic data and Communicate project progress and findings to stakeholders

Ensure comprehensive documentation of all findings and recommendations

Oversee quality assurance for all technical deliverables

Minimum Skills Required:

Strong project management skills, with experience managing technical projects

In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture and system integration

Experience with cloud platforms and data warehousing solutions, particularly Snowflake

Familiarity with data modeling, data migration, and ETL processes

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Education: Bachelors Degree
