We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Product Ownerto join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping product strategies, translating business goals into actionable roadmaps, and ensuring the successful execution of sales-related products. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, external stakeholders, and cross-functional departments to optimize the product lifecycle and drive business value. The Sr. Product Owner will champion a customer-centric approach while balancing business needs with technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional team scrums to define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, ensuring alignment with sales department goals.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories and product features through stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, and requirements gathering.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, including release planning, issue triage, and enhancement prioritization, in line with business value and ROI.
• Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring that features are implemented according to the strategic objectives and customer needs.
• Coordinate resources and allocate tasks for the successful delivery of product initiatives on time and within scope.
• Perform acceptance testing, monitor feature usage, and gather continuous feedback to evolve the product according to customer and business requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, sales teams, and engineering to mitigate roadblocks and ensure the achievement of sprint and release goals.
• Ensure comprehensive project documentation, including release notes and training materials, to facilitate end-user adoption and product utilization.
• Act as a product ambassador, communicating product updates and addressing stakeholder inquiries both internally and externally.
• Lead efforts to improve efficiency, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and meet the company's quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a product owner or comparable role, with a focus on sales-related products.
• Minimal travel on a quarterly basis.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and solid understanding of agile project management principles.
• Demonstrated ability to distill business value and translate it into actionable roadmaps and user stories.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills with a strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage competing stakeholder priorities and deliver high-quality, customer-focused products.
