Inventory Technician / IT Support Associate

System One is seeking an organized and detailed Inventory Technician / IT Support Associate for a temp-to-hire position working in Pasadena, California.

In this role, you will prepare computers for new employees, handle the packaging and shipping of IT assets, and maintain accurate inventory records. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring proper cleaning and maintenance of IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure computers for new hires.
• Package and ship IT equipment to designated locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in our asset management system.
• Perform data entry for shipping and receiving documentation.
• Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
• Provide basic technical support for personal computers and related software and hardware.
• Adhere to company policies for the sanitization and disposal of IT assets.
• Document all activities in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications/Skills

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows and office applications.
• Familiarity with personal computers, printers, and other technology.
• Strong customer service skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and proficiency with numbers.
• Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 2-4 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
• At least 1 year of experience in inventory analysis and cycle counting.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Contract Duration: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: M-F, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM OR 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay Rate: $21 / Hour
