IT Business Analyst

Insight Global is looking for an IT Business Analyst with at least 3+ years of experience to provide ongoing support for an ADT scheduling tool application. This candidate will be troubleshooting issues, and
collaborate with technical teams both on-shore and off-shore to resolve any system-related problems. Ensure smooth operation of applications by monitoring performance and addressing user inquiries.
This candidate needs to have a bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. Come with 2-3 years of experience with Hands-on SQL (MS SQL Server) to Create and maintain SQL queries for troubleshooting, reporting, data extraction, and analysis.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience for 3+ as a Business Analyst or similar role.
