Apply now for the position of Key Account Director, Point of Care and you will be responsible for overall revenue growth for Siemens product lines inclusive of blood gas (benchtop and handheld), POC diabetes, decentralized urinalysis with defined customers as well as growing the customer base.

Your Role:

As the KAE Director, POC you are responsible to drive growth for all the POC portfolio on targeted IDNs, driving end-to-end management of large deals and lead and develop the Key Account Executive team, while also covering selected accounts.

You Will:

• Recruit, hire and develop talent

• Define and disseminate the strategy for IDN across the different field sales team, and other areas of the SHS organization

• Lead the KAE team to achieve growth goals within the targeted accounts, while also developing their own assigned direct accounts

• Build strong relationships with high-level executives and key clinical and procurement customer decision makers; develop customer coaches

• Ensure in-depth understanding of customer needs and sufficient messaging of Siemens' value proposition across the entire Point of Care portfolio

Your Expertise:

• 3+ years of sales leadership experience

• 5-8+ years of commercial experience in lab diagnostic and/or point of care sales, corporate accounts, or hospital purchasing organizations

• BS/BA degree

• Deep understanding of point of care market and associated sales processes

• Drive and persistence to overcome obstacles

The pay range for this position is $137,000-$180,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is $100,000.
