Join Our Team: Study Operator - Instrumental Evaluation

Location: Clark NJ - onsite

Pay Range: $22 - 25.00 /hr

Description:
The Instrumental Evaluation is focused on scientific testing of innovative products in development. Testing methods are developed, validated, and adjusted as needed to keep up with the exploration of novel properties of new formulas. This team also executes research, and develops knowledge of substrate (i.e. hair, skin, lips, nails, etc.) properties, including its response to environment and treatment, across various ethnicities.

Responsibilities :
• Organizes and effectively executes instrumental testing.
• Interacts with and provides instructions to panelists in clinical research setting.
• Responsible for data collection/organization and processes data for analysis.
• Maintains instrumentation and laboratory equipment and ensures proper operation/maintenance documentation.
• Responsible for data entry and spreadsheet maintenance for project tracking.
• Prioritizes projects workload with supervisor, performs project tracking and scheduling.
• Maintains laboratory notebook in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Requirements:
• Must be willing to perform routine lab work daily, experience running lab equipment is useful
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (written/oral), and organizational skills are required
• Strong teamwork skills are required
• Must have experience with data entry, experience with image analysis, mechanical testing, and data analysis is useful
• Must be proficient with Windows and software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
