Job Description:

Lab Technician needs Associates degree in Science field required

Lab Technician requires:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Knowledge of GMP and regulated lab practices preferred.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal direction, be mechanically and mathematically inclined and have general knowledge of aseptic technique.
• Must be able to lift 40lbs and push/pull heavy objects and be willing to handle units of whole blood.
• Needs to be mobile and able to independently transport themselves between various sites/locations

Lab Technician duties:

• Perform in-process testing as required by processes and procedures utilizing instrumentation, such as: spectrophotometers, COBE cell washers.
• Accurately complete documentation in batch records, logbooks, forms and other GMP documents.
• Wear the appropriate PPE when working in manufacturing and other hazardous working environments.
• Knowledge of cGMP requirements to ensure adherence to compliance policies and regulations..
