Land Development Project Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager in Mitchellville, Maryland as a Project Manager you will be working on commercial and land development projects within these locations.
Other Responsibilities Include:
Project Management:
o Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project execution.
o Establish and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project duration.
o Oversee contract procurement, administration, and project coordination.
Technical Expertise:
o Demonstrate a deep understanding of engineering principles and practices.
o Possess expertise in potable water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, and roadway design.
o Guide projects from entitlements through construction phases.
Permitting and Entitlements:
o Efficiently handle multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies, with a preference for local experience.
o Develop and execute complex permitting strategies to meet project schedules for diverse projects, ranging from large-scale developments to compact commercial infills.
Client Engagement:
o Actively participate in company marketing efforts to enhance the company's profile and foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients and governmental agencies (local experience preferred)
Team Leadership:
o Train, lead, and mentor team members to ensure their professional growth and project success.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related
- PE License Required
- 8+ years of experience in Civil Land Development
