Lead Distribution Operations Analyst

Job Description

Leads and guides the coordination of all activities related to the process of optimizing operations through inventory maintenance.

Job Responsibility

1.Determines daily priorities for team; Provides guidance and oversight on assigned work to ensure accuracy.
2.Serves as technical lead with the implementation of new methods and procedures.
3.Cross-checks inventory counts for facility.
4.Works independently under minimal supervision to resolve discrepancies between inventory system (AIMS) and physical locations related to inventory counts, item profiles, or related areas.
5.Analyzes and presents warehouse layout optimization recommendations to leadership to increase efficiency of picking and distribution of supplies.
6.Audits department inventory database (MMIS) and ensures accuracy of item locations, manufacturer codes, product profiles and measurements.
7.Cross-checks audit reports related to inventory turnover and errors. Reports findings to management, as required.
8.Codes inventory system to transform raw data from AIMS inventory system into digestible analytics for department leadership
9.Makes recommendations to leadership team on process improvement and/or development of new processes.
10.Provides input to leadership team on hiring decisions and performance management.
11.Performs related duties, as required

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, required.
• Master's Degreee, preferred
• 5-7 years of related inventory control experience, required.

The salary range for this position is $58,500-$85,720/year
