Insight Global is looking for a Learning and Development Team Lead to join their continuously growing learning & development team at what will be one of the largest battery manufacturing plants in the world once complete. As Learning and Development Team Lead with a focus on automotive battery production and electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing, they will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects related to the design, development, and implementation of learning programs and initiatives to support the workforce in the production of automotive batteries and EVs. This role will involve coordinating and leading cross-functional teams, manage curriculum development, budgets, and resources, coordinating project activities, and ensuring the successful delivery and execution of learning solutions aligned with business objectives to all departments. 50% of the day should be expected to be collaborating with both parent companies learning and development teams to include development or re-development of processes and procedures as required. This is a very vital role that will help all 3 battery plants to be set up for the up most success. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment working through adversity and complexity.

Required Skills & Experience
3-4 years of experience in a Learning and Development Lead role
Bachelors degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Psychology, Program, or Project Management
Established and comprehensive knowledge of procedures, policies, and training curriculum
Practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Technical/automotive/manufacturing background
Startup/Greenfield development experience.
