LEARNING SYSTEMS SPECIALIST

We are currently seeking a Learning Systems Specialist to join our team.

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for promoting company-wide and client use of the Insperity learning systems. Serves as site administrator for learning systems, including but not limited to Learning Management System(s) and online training systems. Works as part of the Learning & Performance Operations team to ensure successful deployment of Training and Development products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creates and maintains training resources for client administrators, new service team members, and corporate administrators to support their successful use of the Insperity Learning Portal.

• Creates and analyzes statistical reports on complex training data, including transcripts and compliance reports for state law training requirements.

• Maintains collaboration sites for internal use only that assist service team members and sales teams with product demos and other support tools.

• Provides advanced support to Service Teams and clients within Core to Middle Market business segment, Corporate HR, and Contact Center, on escalated issues regarding all learning system functionality and reporting questions.

• Curates and maintains targeted curriculum tracks for Insperity Learning Portal based on industry trends.

• Works with members of the Learning and Performance Operations and other stakeholders to ensure successful project management and deployment of learning system products including vendor research and reviews, determining business needs, testing, communication and implementation.

• Develops procedural guidelines for service team members, and training administrators when tracking instructor-led training.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a job-related field is required.

• Minimum of four years related work experience is required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of a Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred.

• Effective presentation design and delivery skills to all levels of an organization.

• Ability to independently plan, organize, and coordinate a variety of specified projects and activities within specified time frames; effectively and diplomatically communicates with a high level of customer service; ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive job-related information.

• Communicates tactfully and effectively, orally and in writing; and maintains effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment.

• Software proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is required. Knowledge in MS Access is preferred.

• Customer service and group presentation skills.
