An entertainment streaming brand is seeking a seasoned Marketing Operations Manager with a focus on project management and post-production for video and digital assets. This is a contract and hybrid role, preferred to be on-site in Santa Monica, CA two to three days per week, is ideal for a professional with a strong background in managing high-volume video and digital content in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns across various platforms and international markets. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, with on-site presence preferred on Tuesday and Wednesday. The position requires an executive presence and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple teams and international markets.
  • Hourly rate range: $55-62 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day project management, ensuring the timely delivery of video and digital assets for international content launches.
  • Coordinate planning meetings with various stakeholders to set key milestones and ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Track and manage campaign assets, timelines, and critical information using internal tracking systems.
  • Partner with internal teams, external partners, and finishing houses to manage post-production processes for AV and static assets.
  • Ensure all assets meet technical specifications and quality standards before market delivery.
  • Oversee the QC and approval processes for all marketing assets.
  • Act as a liaison between creative marketing teams, international teams, and other business units to gather and fulfill asset specifications.
  • Communicate service level agreements (SLAs) and project statuses to impacted stakeholders, mitigating any risks proactively.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns by managing a large volume of assets and ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on project status and health, highlighting any issues or areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in a fast-paced, professional environment with a focus on project management and client-facing responsibilities.
  • ???????Familiarity with video production technical specifications and post-production finishing processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Docs.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Experience with Airtable and Adobe Experience Manager is preferred.
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Experience in post-production finishing for video and digital assets is preferred.
  • Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects preferred.
  • Previous experience in the entertainment or streaming industry is a plus.
