NOW HIRING: Memory Care Assistant Director

Responsibilities of a Memory Care Assistant Director:

• Assist the Memory Care Director in overseeing the daily operations of the Memory Care unit
• Provide support and guidance to staff members to ensure the highest quality of care for residents with memory impairments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor residents' progress
• Coordinate with medical professionals and families to provide comprehensive care
• Assist in staff training and development programs

Qualifications of a Licensed Practical Nurse:

• High school diploma
• LPN certification in NJ
• Serious applicants
