You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop actionable insights, and implement strategic solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analysis of operational processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and track progress.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to highlight opportunities for improvement and progress to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform performance and data visibility.
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to interpret complex data sets and deliver actionable insights to executive-level audiences.
- Work closely with customer support and operations teams to address platform issues, automate workflows, and enhance marketplace satisfaction.
- Monitor operational processes and performance metrics related to ticketing operations and marketplace intelligence initiatives.
- Identify risks and opportunities within ticketing operations and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to ticketing and fan shopping experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field. A graduate degree (MBA or a quantitative discipline) and certifications (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma) are preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, product operations, or related roles (preferably in sports, live entertainment, technology, or e-commerce).
- Ability to thrive in a lean, startup-like environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, Power BI, Snowflake, Sigma).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Curiosity and self-motivation to find new and creative solutions.
- Passion for technology and live entertainment.
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside of normal hours as business needs dictate.
