Positions at this level are distinguished from the Staff Accountant level by the expertise performed with regards to the full range of duties as assigned, and completed with minimal assistance or direction. Incumbents are thoroughly familiar and possess a technical expertise related to financial management procedures. This position performs intermediate to advanced accounting responsibilities, including complex technical analysis and preparation of sophisticated accounting reports
