Responsibilities:

Oversee daily application support procedures and serve as the main contact.

Foster a collaboration or relationship with important business partners (in cooperation with the BRM) in order to offer pertinent knowledge, assistance, and guidance on application support and enhancement.

To guarantee that business operations are steady and fulfilling requirements, supervise the Interplant supply chain processes and the Production Execution systems/teams (Receiving/Stock transports/Data collection/Labelling).

Additionally, manage the engineering and maintenance systems of the facility and provide support for the quality assurance and food safety systems.

In charge of managing the technical business partner connection with service vendors (contracts and SLAs), integrating personnel into the company, and working with partner managers on resource productivity and challenges.

Manage the creation of new architectural designs and improvements, as well as the development of business process improvement and technological functionality.

Manage application production environments, including change, release, problem, and incident management, using established protocols and procedures.

Assist the Infrastructure and Integration teams in making sure that the servers, networks, integration tools, and communication systems are reliable and satisfy business needs.

Share updates regarding the status of open requests and collaborate with the management team to arrange for any resources that may be required for design, testing, and implementation assistance.

Act as the primary point of contact for any important system performance issues for the Business and IT teams. 

Share problems that affect day-to-day operations and give updates on their resolution. 

Collaborate with the IT and business teams to resolve performance issues and share any findings that have an impact on the business.

Requirements:

10+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience, are required, along with a bachelor's degree from a recognized four-year college or university.

A minimum of 5 years' experience is needed in a leadership role focused on the IT supply chain, including team building and management, with a focus on and extensive working knowledge of efficient technical support for IT systems.

At least five years of experience configuring, maintaining, and overseeing a SAP/ERP infrastructure in modules linked to the supply chain (MM, PP, PM).

Familiarity with plant floor execution systems that are connected to SAP or other ERP.

Familiarity with non-SAP systems (QMS, Mfg Analytics, etc.) that are integrated with SAP or other ERP

Possess a working grasp of EDI and have experience designing and overseeing modifications and extensions in SAP technical settings using ABAP, .net, and middleware technologies.

Practical expertise and understanding of the whole process of delivering IT software and systems solutions, from concept to design and development to production, operations, and maintenance.

Effective management and leadership abilities that fit the company culture. 

Aiming for continual improvement, promoting operational excellence, and supporting change are examples of specific skills.

Project management experience.

Nice to have -

ITIL or ITSM certified

Experience in ServiceNow or similar tools

Experience working with offshore team
