We are looking for a Business Development Manager in North American region, as we see the need to further grow the specialty rental business in industrial manufacturing and energy, as well to guide and support the local sales teams in the rental customer centers.

As Operations Manager you will lead actively excellent customer service, developing process improvements that focus on safety, financials, operations, and customer service to achieve targeted goals and objectives. Oversees the operations process towards the transformation journey for excellent customer service in specialty rental for air business. You will report to the VP Operations Excellence, and you will contribute for the sustainable, profitable growth in Rental North America.

The mission

Your mission is overseeing operations processes to ensure productivity and quality by identifying areas for optimization and ensuring quality standards are met. Developing long-term plans to support the company's goals and contribute with different teams to foster cross-team learning opportunities. Assessing and analyzing financial aspects to optimize profitability. Identifying potential problems and finding solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue. Communicating with stakeholders about company priorities and projects. Inspiring and motivating employees through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives for improvement processes. Handle customer service, resolve complaints, and collaborate with sales, finance, and marketing teams to maximize revenue and profitability.

What can we expect of you?

Experience requirements.
  • Minimum 3-5 years in Operations, preferable Rental Business.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical) is strongly preferred.
  • Application expertise in air and steam technology is a must.
  • Influence leadership, presentation, and strategic execution skills.
  • You have awareness of local cultures and international business environments.
  • The candidate must have an excellent command of English.
  • Knowledge of the Way We Rent would also be useful.

Job location

As a Operations Manager, you will be based in Deer Park, TX. You will have some travel with this position. This position will report to the General Manager of Rental North America.

This position is hybrid, you will need to come into the office at least 3 times per week.
