Insight Global is looking for an Oracle Fusion Solution Architect on behalf of one of the world's leading casual dining restaurant companies. This person will be leading a team of several Business Solution Analysts to drive forward future state of the newly implemented enterprise system including ongoing support and new development. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, provide strategic guidance, and architect solutions that leverage the full capabilities of Oracle Fusion technologies. The ideal candidate will bring a deep functional knowledge of Oracle as well as technical component understanding.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience (10+ years) as a Solution Architect, with a focus on Oracle Fusion applications (Oracle ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM)
- Proficiency in OIC integration platform and/or strong understanding of integrations with other systems to build a holistic solution
- Experience leading a team of 4+
- Experience working in an onshore/offshore model - coordinating with different partners and vendors

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Information Technology education or certifications
- Oracle Cloud certifications such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Architect, Oracle Cloud Platform Functional Consultant, etc
- Oracle Fusion Applications certifications such as Oracle Fusion Financials, Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management, Supply Chain Management
