BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to lead a team that is managing a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that enable our business to scale. You will collaborate with leadership to develop a strategy and vision for scaling our systems to create comprehensive tools to improve sales and implementation efficiencies and improve the experience for our external customers.
Key job responsibilities
You will be responsible for rethinking the assumptions behind how traditional workflows and services are built and maintained in order to develop scalable, high impact, new solutions to challenging business problems. You will draw from a deep and broad hands-on technical expertise to own large and complex multi-business deliverables. A successful candidate will be able to articulate and drive a strategic vision, bring deep technical and expertise, strong business judgment, and clear leadership to help us build and execute effectively on the complex Salesforce roadmaps. In this role, you will manage cross-functional communication, identify & mitigate risks to efficient delivery, decompose ambiguous problems into workable plans, and to lead execution across multiple teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Extensive experience authoring documents relating to product life cycle including product roadmap, functional specifications, technical product requirement documentation, software development planning, and capturing business requirements
  • Experience communicating with customers, technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe product features, and technical designs
  • Ability to earn trust across different levels and multiple groups of a large, matrixed organization
  • Passion for employee development and mentoring other team members
  • Proven track record of shipping quality code quickly and then iterating on the user functionality and experience
  • Effective analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success
  • Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product, our business, and the competitive landscape
