Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join the team of our Clients to work hybrid model in College Park, Maryland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including filing, general office work, and bookkeeping. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Outlook is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Maintain and organize office records and files.
Manage and update financial records using QuickBooks.
Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel.
Handle email communications and scheduling using Outlook.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
