Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the full cycle of multi-state payrolls on a weekly, bi-weekly basis.
• Collaborate with the team members to ensure accurate payroll transactions.
• Review system-generated outputs before submission to the third-party vendor.
• Address employee inquiries related to payroll.
• Prepare and distribute Prevailing Wage reports with all necessary supporting documents.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll
• Great time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with a team
