The People Data Review Program Manager will join the People Risk, Privacy, Compliance (PRPC) team to work across our key partners to lead risk initiatives to scale our global program. Specifically, the People Data Review Program Manager will be responsible for leading AI for our team ensuring end-to-end assessment of employment and privacy risk in new and novel use cases impacting People Data. The ideal person will have proven risk management skills, be a systems thinker,and have experience leading highly complex and highly matrixed company initiatives.

People Data Review Program Manager Responsibilities


  • Execute complex data processing risk assessments involving people data in partnership with privacy and employment legal partners.

  • Manage cross functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly.

  • Support the design, build and execution of industry leading employment privacy risk management frameworks continuing to scale and improve our execution.

  • Collaborate with key Legal, Privacy and HR business program and product owners define program requirements, set priorities, and establish scope which includes defining the roadmap and long-term strategy of the teams and respective leadership.

  • Develop and own communication plans to communicate program status, issues, and risks effectively and proactively to stakeholders.

  • Define and track key metrics and key quality and performance indicators and drive cross functional execution of program deliverables.

  • Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions including reducing the manual efforts through automation.


Minimum Qualifications


  • 12+ experience designing and implementing from zero to one risk assessment programs that impact security, privacy and employment compliance.

  • Product experience with the instrumenting process within internal proprietary tools.

  • Have working knowledge or willingness to quickly learn the content and requirements of various employment laws, regulations, industry guidance, and company compliance policies.

  • Demonstrate data analytical skills, creativity, and experience working with attention to detail

  • Proven communication skills and reporting to executive leadership, external regulators as well as board level communication.

  • Experience maintaining open, candid, and trusting work relationships with both engineering teams and legal partners.


Preferred Qualifications


  • JD or MBA.

  • Security or Privacy risk management professional qualifications.

  • Preferably 2nd line of defense risk management or internal audit experience within a tech company.
