As a Principal Program Manager , you will be partner facing and responsible for partner success through delivery management of cross-functional programs , and strong partner and internalstakeholder relationships across feature and product teams .

Responsibilities:

  • Manage product launch roadmap and partner with PM stakeholders to create technical content and assets in general around new AzureAI /AOAI capabilities, composite scenario materials and top use cases
  • Partner with PM and CxE teams to create and maintain technical demo library showcasing AzureAI /AOAI top capabilities
  • Develop and maintain full compete BOM (platform level, model level, scenario level)
  • Partner with STU/CSU/GPS /marketing teams to p lan and deliver field technical readiness to field teams
  • Provide L300+ technical product overview & insights aligned with customer use cases
  • Act as the main POC for all technical assets and readiness to the Field HC teams
  • Leverage field execution insights to provide feedback to PM teams on product gaps and opportunities to augment or extend our existing AI portfolio

Qualifications:

Required /Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8 + years' experience in product/service/project/program management OR software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
  • This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred/Additional Qualifications
  • Thorough understanding of the Azure AI portfolio and experience with competitive AI platforms and tools
  • 8 + years of proven track record as a technical Program Manager, Technical specialist or Solution Architect working with technical sales teams, customers and partners, with deep focus on AI tech strategy.
  • Customer focused and a deep commitment to delivering quality products that create customer value and delightful experiences through deeper understanding of customer needs.
  • A deep commitment to excellence in what they do with a very high bar for quality and accountability for results, operating in a fast-paced, and oftentimes ambiguous environment.
  • Attention to detail, planning, organization, and project management skills
  • Effective communication skills with a broad range of audiences and ability to influence without authority.
  • The ability to problem solving and conflict-resolution skills across a set of technical, product, and business challenges.
  • Experience working in a rapidly-scaling environment with multiple variables in play
  • Written and verbal communication skills where you are equally comfortable interacting across all levels of an organization
  • Continuous research and education around AI trends and new AI product developments as these evolve and provide oversight on synthesized concepts aligned with the Field goals
Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
