  • Provide support to the engineering team by assisting with daily process engineering tasks and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in process improvement projects aimed at enhancing production efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Assist in analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes to reduce waste and improve workflow.
  • Collect and analyze process data to identify trends and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies, equipment, and best practices.
  • Document process changes, updates, and improvements for future reference and training purposes.
  • This role does not provide relocation assistance or a housing stipend.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, workflow optimization, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present process data.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement tools is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data analysis software is a bonus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and applying new technologies and process optimization techniques.
