We are seeking a highly motivated individual with hands-on experience in model development and implementation using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing and/or Generative AI modeling techniques. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable machine learning models on hybrid cloud environments while ensuring seamless integration with business processes. Your expertise in both data science and advanced computing methods for modeling, will enable us to accelerate model development life cycle, and optimize compute resource utilization. You will drive innovation through cutting edge research and collaboration with industry partners, academia, business teams, and data science community. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Data Science Projects: Design, develop, and implement predictive modeling projects that address critical business problems, leveraging expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, generative AI, and other areas.
  • Develop Modeling Capabilities on Cloud: Hands-on experience with popular frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers, CUDA, etc., focusing on scalability, performance, and interpretability.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and analysts to integrate data insights into business strategies and inform product roadmaps.
  • Develop Scalable Solutions: Architect and deploy robust, efficient, and scalable data pipelines and modeling solutions using cloud-based technologies (e.g., OpenShift, Docker, GCP) and programming languages like Python, BigQuery, Spark, etc.
  • Lead Innovation through external perspective: Research emerging trends and advancements in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI; apply this knowledge to solve complex problems
  • Communicate Insights Effectively: Present findings, recommendations, and results to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership, via clear reports, visualizations, and presentations.
  • Mentor Junior Team Members: Guide junior data scientists and analysts on project execution, best practices, and professional development.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a focus on developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments
  • Strong programming skills in at least one language (Python, SQL, Spark, C++)
  • Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and analytical rigor
  • Experience working in agile environments, with iterative development cycles
  • Comfortable working across locations and time zones, with both co-located and remote team members


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a focus on developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments
  • In-depth knowledge of deep learning techniques (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), NLP concepts and tools, generative AI models, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages (including Python, SQL, Spark, C++, CUDA) and familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, D3.js


Qualifications

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
