Meta is seeking an individual who is passionate about Privacy to help build on Meta's privacy program. This position will be responsible for helping to execute against launch plans to bring our privacy commitments and narrative alive. In doing so we support our external narrative to our customers and regulators. The focus of this role will be on driving requirements into planning and building alignment across the entire Meta family of apps. Building relationships and collaborating with central policy, product and privacy legal, research, comms and marketing teams along with app specific stakeholders will be a core component of the role. The successful candidate is motivated by building alignment and being a stakeholder in our privacy narrative and strategy. While this role is not technical in nature, it requires a keen understanding of how our platform is constructed and the ability to dive deep into a technical feature in order to educate ourselves and internal parties. The right candidate will be an avid learner in areas like accountability, designing with privacy in mind and how new technology innovations will further push the need for privacy focused strategies.

$128,000/year to $186,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. Product Marketing Manager, Privacy Responsibilities
- Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure internal customers of Central Privacy are represented and heard
- Work with Marketing Insights and Data Science to generate actionable quantitative, qualitative, and competitive insights to inform strategy
- Build strong product positioning, clear narratives, and drive influence across the Privacy product to ensure we're delivering value and driving understanding
- Drive go-to-market strategy working closely with cross-functional teams to determine effective launch plans and communications
- Define metrics and report on the performance and impact of our marketing initiatives, communicating strategy, results and learnings to key stakeholders.
- Build cross-company frameworks for shaping privacy requirements (i.e. privacy taxonomies and definitions)
- Be willing and able to flex between multiple topics and tactical/execution responsibilities on a variety of projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing and/or marketing, product management, or business experience
- Experience launching and scaling products or services
- Experience working closely with product and design teams in the product development process
- Experience working in large technical companies
- Experience leveraging consumer insights and data to drive product marketing strategy
- Project management experience working with a variety of internal teams and stakeholders to understand and solve problems
- Experience project managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Proven track record of thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing products and policies that involve data use and privacy
- Experience in building and supporting product solutions for highly regulated industries (i.e finance, healthcare, etc.)
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment
- Scrappy, resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership mindset to deliver measurable impact
