We are actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Owner to join our Developer Enablement team focusing on our low code capabilities. In this role, you will be an invaluable addition, playing a crucial part in setting capability vision and governing our low code platforms. Your expertise and drive will empower our business to deliver exceptional value to the market with increased efficiency and speed.

Our team focuses on enabling other technologists at Molex through platforms and services that can be leveraged across the enterprise, ensuring that others don't have to reinvent the wheel and improving time to value through consistency, scalability, and ease of use.

What You Will Do
- Establish product vision and lead your capability while ensuring that we are maximizing value creation.
- Define and prioritize product capabilities through continuous engagement with stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment with platform capabilities.
- Foster a culture of excellence by building and nurturing a collaborative community, where knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement are actively encouraged and facilitated across teams.
- Establish and enforce platform governance standards, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure platform alignment with established standards and to assess customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement and ensuring optimal outcomes.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience with developing, managing technology roadmaps and prioritizing.
- Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication across technical and non-technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Experience leveraging Mendix for Low Code Development
- Experience leveraging Microsoft's Power Platform
- Experience with Siemen's products such as TeamCenter/OpCenter
- Experience as an IT Product Owner
