ServiceNow Product Owner

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed as necessary.)

Work with business stakeholders to establish and manage application roadmaps, aligned to business vision, objectives, and vendor roadmaps.
Manage a team of contingent resources to deliver the continued enhancements using SDLC and ensuring adherence to design and quality standards.
Accountable for the integrity of product backlogs, including story quality, prioritization and velocity of delivery through product team planning, efficiencies, and resource levelling.
Accountable for ensuring the user experience and response time of your ServiceNow applications are being measured and are not negatively impacted by new development or configuration changes.
Remain current with emerging technology trends and developments, evaluating their potential impact in the scope of your ServiceNow product area.
Responsible for tracking and reporting on all run costs related to your product area, including licensing and resourcing.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5+ years of ServiceNow product experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of the digital product governance framework and security of sensitive data in the scope of ServiceNow and best practices.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

ServiceNow mainstream certification, such as CSA or CIS in a particular product is preferred.
