This is a hybrid role in Seattle.
Pay Range: $25/hr - $28/hr

Our client is a leader in the gaming space and looking for a Program Coordinator to lead programs that support our overall studio culture and people experiences under the chief of staff's office.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with our internal recruiting team on full life cycle recruitment, including job description creation and posting, candidate relationship management, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring setup and logistics
  • Build strong partnerships with studio hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on effective hiring best practices
  • Utilize various tools and methods to source and attract a pool of qualified and diverse candidates for roles across the studio
  • Promote the organization as an employer of choice through effective communication and strategies
  • Continue ongoing research of competitive landscape and market insights/trends to remain current and relevant
  • Track data to identify areas for improvement and provide regular reports of hiring activity to stakeholders
  • Deploy studio onboarding to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive transition to the studio
  • Work with the chief of staff to develop planning and strategy related to culture and morale programs across the studio
  • Assist with other special projects as needed

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or closely related role
  • Demonstrated ability to work quickly and independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with current tools and best practices for sourcing and recruiting top tech industry talent
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
  • Proficiency with application-tracking software and/or other recruitment systems
  • General understanding of AAA gaming cycle

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment in the games industry, preferably at a AAA studio
  • Experience coordinating/working with the internal talent acquisition team and practices


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25/hr - $28/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
