A Snapshot of Your Day
You start by checking your mails and your schedule for the day. In the morning, you review the latest feature updates in our data analytics platform with the specialist from our data management team and capture actions. You decide to invite your partners to a virtual workshop to address these actions and clarify open issues on data plausibility and completeness. You spend the next hour on organizing this event, setting up the virtual collaboration platform in Teams. You finish the day with a presentation of your project in the procurement leadership call.
How You'll Make an Impact
Our team is actively supporting the Siemens Energy Procurement Transformation, a global initiative launched to optimize the functionality of Siemens Energy Procurement, both with focus on the organization and on digitalization opportunities. We are looking for a driven, self-motivated individual with excellent project management skills to support the successful integration of our BPO provider.

How You'll Make an Impact
- You provide clarity on KPI`s for management and the business areas based on state-of-the-art data analytics applications
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data quality checks in close collaboration with the business areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Identify and recommend new ways to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
- You set up global knowledge groups to exchange improvement ideas and initiatives
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and data science.
- Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Snowflake, SQL and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Knowledge of database management and data warehousing.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
