The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Manage product launches through leadership, organization, and management.
• Partner with Product teams to drive product improvements and program changes that support business goals.
• Support product launch, assess total addressable market and headroom, identify trusted testers, and develope decision data points.
• Identify and implement improvements through change management and performance tracking.
• Resolve cross-functional challenges using established program management methodologies.
